Pinnacle Lead launches it’s 2021 Summer Internship

A step closer to B Corporate certified, Pinnacle Lead commits to the innovation ecosystem by giving back to students…

As an innovation talent advisory, our day to day function is to partner with companies with a strategic focus aligned to innovation, and a key pain point always revolves around talent pipelining due to the lack there of…and so Pinnacle Lead are looking to proactively create it’s first ripple effect in the nurturing of future talent by offering an intensive summer internship that allows for students with an interest and passion for innovation to understand career paths within innovation from the view point of a talent advisor.

With a passion for innovation, the talent associates will be spending the next three months immersing themselves within the innovation ecosystem as they gain clarity as to where to begin their career journey, all whilst experiencing the full function of a talent advisor within Pinnacle Lead.
