He has held various senior management positions in private equity firms, land-based casino operators, electronic gaming machine supplier and lottery companies.

Since obtaining a bachelor’s degree in accounting and financial management from the UK and a master’s degree in Corporate finance, Bryan first plied his trade in China prior to returning to Hong Kong, utilizing his PRC exposure on an international platform.  

Most recently acting as a co-founder of Bitwork, an exciting blockchain community-based company providing top end blockchain services and solutions in Hong Kong

In his role as strategic advisory, Bryan advises Pinnacle Lead’s management team on their investment advisory matters, corporate development strategies and industry trends.

PATRICK KIRBY

An innovation veteran, Patrick has dedicated his professional life to driving growth, bringing business strategy, talented people and technology together to develop and deploy world-class capability. He is passionate about navigating through, and capitalizing on, disruptive innovation.

Over the past 25 years, he has held leadership roles at IBM, Dimension Data and KPMG as well as a portfolio of experience within the start-up space.

During this time he has contributed to the success of leading companies across the technology, telecommunications, logistics, financial services and public sectors. Some of his accomplishments include developing Autonomic Computing solutions and internet platforms in the 90’s, deploying large scale Natural Language Programming in the early 2000’s, successfully deploying some of the first cloud based solutions for banking services and energy companies in Asia Pacific and leading a USD100M+ transformation program. Most recently, he has led the use of Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision and Robotic Process automation to digitally transform Asset, Revenue and Quality assurance.

In his role as strategic advisory, Patrick advises Pinnacle Lead and their partners on corporate innovation, growth strategies and customer advocacy strategies.

Ir Andrew Young has over 34 years of executive experience, including Director of Partnership Development for the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), Chief Commercial Officer of Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation.

A technology veteran that has developed closely knitted and professional working relationships with leading and renowned institutions and innovation nodes in Hong Kong and around the world including Imperial College, University of Oxford, University of Waterloo, Stanford University, ETH Zurich etc.

He is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of HKIE, an Adjunct Professor with the HKUST and served as advisor to Hamlyn Centre of Imperial College London and Chairman of the Translation Advisory panel; also a member of the CityU Knowledge Transfer Committee. He works closely as advisor with the startup ecosystem of HKU, CUHK and PolyU. Andrew sits on various committee in leading commerce and industry associations and is an active member within the startup and VC community. In particular he is the Chairman of the Hong Kong Automation Technology Council, the Hong Kong AI & Robotics Alliance and Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Startup Council.
