ASSOCIATE - TALENT ARCHITECT

Rex joined Pinnacle Lead Consulting in late 2022 to launch our Digital Economy practice, where he’ll be partnering and servicing clients within the crypto, blockchain and payment space, an arena that is both Rex’s subject matter expertise as well as a personal passion.

Graduating from UCSD with a major in Management Science, he returned to Hong Kong in 2016 and began his career as a technology recruiter and his academia quickly steered him into becoming an expert within the fintech space.

Having witnessed the prowese of Bitcoin in 2017 whilst recruiting in Fintech, it led him to get personally involved in the community, and have now built a high portfiolio within the NFT space, and from a professional level it also led to his success and becoming the go-to talent advisor for crypto/blockcahin talent.
