PAUL CHAN

MANAGING PARTNER

Paul Chan is the Managing Partner of Pinnacle Lead. He focuses on all aspects of executive search across the innovation c-suite, board, and director level through to human capital advisory, deal sourcing and fund raising advisory.  Beginning his career in 2007 in the UK, he relocated to Hong Kong in 2010 and have since been operating in the APAC Innovation arena, building technology practices and networks in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Philippines, building a strong portfolio of success cases for his clients across the region.

Prior to joining Pinnacle Lead as Managing Partner, Paul was a founding member of a leading recruitment business within technology and sustainability and was accoutnable for the Hong Kong business, a business that successfully acheved a MBO by MML in 2020. Before this, Paul worked for two other international recruitment consultancies in the UK and Hong Kong.

Paul is a holder of BEng in Material Engineering and Forensics and when not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son whilst being a active sports member of Hong Kong Football Club – Hockey section, sitting on the committee as a sponsorship representative.
