Lance joined Pinnacle Lead in February 2023 during Pinnacle Lead’s 2.0 expansion and focuses on talent matters for non-technical talents within the innovation ecosystem.

A New Yorker that returned to Hong Kong in 2017, he began his career within the sales industry, and having achieved the pinnacle in the area, he pivoted to the recruitment field in 2022 where he was accountable for building out a IT Sales desk across Singapore and Hong Kong.

Focused areas include: Sales Leaders, Pre-sales, Project Management, Programme Management, Business Analysis, Strategy & Innovation, UI/UX, Customer Intelligence, etc.
