Derek joined Pinnacle Lead as a talent manager in 2020 and focuses on talent matters within the technical talent landscape.

A holder of BEng and MSc in Aerospace Engineering form the University of Liverpool, he holds a personal interest within the field of innovation engineering, and prior to being a part of the Pinnacle lead team, have gained vast experience within Greater China working as a strategic management consultant.

Focused areas include: Blockchain, Finech, Regtech, Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, Data & Insight, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, NLP, M&A (TMT), etc.
