Cindy joined Pinnacle Lead’s leadership team in 2021 having spent 10 years within the professional services space of executive search and account management across Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing. With a deep experience within the talent advisory space having worked as a managing associate at a global retained search leader, supporting both single search and multiple managed search mandates, she joined Pinnacle Lead to help drive the growth of the innovation and technology executive space.

As an associate partner of Pinnacle Lead, Cindy will be responsible for running human capital advisory consultations, the running of high profile talent programs and be the go-to talent advisor for high caliber leaders with an interest and focus within the APAC innovation and technology space.

Her personal specialisms are within the Digital Transformation and emerging technology space, with a focus on senior management and leadership hires across Financial Services, Commercial Markets, Start-ups, and Consultancies.
